My situation is following

DISK 1 : 200M-Ocr Primary and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 2 : 200M-Ocr mirror and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 3 : 100M-Vote1 and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 4 : 100M-Vote2 and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 5 : 100M-Vote3 and 38G-RAW Disk

After test, I deconfigure ALL ASM.(command ocr_setup.exe deconfig -force) And Reconfigiure above.
But it couldn't

And I changed below

DISK 1 : 100M-Vote1 and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 2 : 100M-Vote2 and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 3 : 100M-Vote3 and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 4 : 200M-Ocr Primary and 38G-RAW Disk
DISK 5 : 200M-Ocr mirror and 38G-RAW Disk
It can configure again.

Those my test in Windows Oracle RAC.

Regards.
