This is a typical 'Everyone has access to the Oracle account, and I don't trust this users'
If you can't trust people who know the Oracle password, either have them fired (You are 'dbaplusplus', aren't you?) or their hands chopped of, or make sure only know the password. There is NO mechanism in Oracle to automatically delete these files, regrettably. Are you aware how much *clutter* you are going to retain forever? 99.99 percent of those files will only contain legitimate commands, the remaining 0.01 percent *maybe* not. How are you going to determine the remaining 0.01 percent? You won't become 'dbaplusplus' ever, if you continue to waste your time on it.
