Error on AIX.

On AIX5.2 :

SALES_P-bones:/oracle/admin/sales_p/scripts$ sqlplus "/ as sysdba"

ERROR:

However, the file does exist:

 ls -la /oracle/product/9.2/lib/libjox9.a

-rw-rw-r-- 1 oracle ora 7756886 Aug 26 2005
/oracle/product/9.2/lib/libjox9.a

Can somebody please tell me what is wrong ?
