Sounds a little confusing. Apparently the MangoSoft patent was not yet ruled invalid or unenforceable, since the ruling allows "Oracle to proceed on its claims that MangoSoft's patent is invalid and unenforceable." Received on Sun Mar 19 2006 - 12:09:09 CST
