These look more like OCP preparation type questions than interview questions. But assuming they are interview questions if you do not know the answers you should not be get the job because you are not qualified.

If these are interview questions you can argue that the correct answer is not present on several of them such as in question 24. In order to successfully get the currval of a sequence you must issue a nextval first. So did all four attempt to get the current value of the sequence error off or work? If the attempts worked then 6 sequence values have been used and the correct answer is not present. If all 4 attempts failed then only 2 values have been used and the next value is present. Just assume the question is poorly constructed and take this value as the answer.
