Hi,



Here is one workaround...


1) When the database is created at that time the temp tablespace is
created.


2) It is possible that later on tempfiles are added to the database. To
find when that happened, you can look at the alert logs...There will be
entry in the alert log file for when the temp files are added..
Just my opinion..Give it a try..
