Obviously swapping is very bad and you want to eliminate.  Get some
more memory it's cheap ... but anyhow.



MTS really is not something that you want or need with a small number
of developers and not a lot of connections.  Go with dedicated
connections for the developers and probably the whole database server
if you don't need to service a lot of connections.
