Hardly. I only write that when the question looks artificial or the questioner ill-informed to the point that I doubt they really are doing what they claim.

If this is about me and my students I have an award on my wall from them and have one of the highest percentages of positive feedback of any instructor in a similar program. And what you apparently have is an answer you don't find wholly satisfying: C'est dommage.
