The amount he's BILLING is probably considerably more than what his employees receive, although he does only hire the already rich and soon-to-be-famous for his company. I find it interesting Don is touting the Rolex as a status symbol indicating the consultants' success. Wouldn't you rather have a competent, qualified person with a solid work record than one who has a Rolex simply because it screams "success"?

I opted for another quality timepiece over the Rolex; I suppose my TAG Heuer Link Chronometer/Chronograph screams I'm a cheap bastard avoiding success ...
