Hello Niv,

you should find dbca in the installation directory $ORACLE_HOME/bin. In the same directory you can also find the EM Config Assistant (emca). We use emca -x 'sid' for deletion of a DB. Then we create new passwords for user sysman and dbsnmp. After unlocking these two users we use dbca for reconfiguring the DB for use with emctl.
