Have you tested to see if the exp/imp that you want to do can fit inside your downtime window of 30 minutes?

C:\> oradim -edit -sid current_sid -newsid new_sid Oradim can be found in ORACLE_HOME\bin directory. Just typing oradim without any parameters prints usage.
