Thanks for you advice.
I'll skip on index replication for now.

The Advanced Replication setup was 'overwhelming' enough to setup 2way replication of just 2 tables. Now I'll have to read the docs to understand why I needed 3 additional oracle users and a dozen oracle jobs.
