RedHat has developer (or had, anyways) licenses available for very reasonable fees (like less than a full retail copy of WinXP Pro) for 5 seats - probably due to distros like White Box Linux.

When I picked one up almost a year ago, it was only $300 USD (12 months). That entitled the licensee to .isos, updates off of a priority channel that had loads of bandwidth.
