I have just recieved my SusE 9.1 pro cd set, but have not installed it (or oracle) yet. I have it(oracle) running on 9.0, but will be replacing it with 9.1 as the 2.4 kernel does not have support for the SATA drives I have in my test machines.

FWIW the most stable oracle/linux install's I have are Oracle 8.1.7, 9.2.0.5 on RH9, RH 7.3 and SuSE 7.3. SuSE 9.0 seems to freeze up whenever Oracle (9.2) was running on it for any length of time and I havent had time to investigate why as of yet...

There are also now downloadable ISO images of SLES 8, which is a 90 day trial version.
