Actually, I don't think that is strange at all. It is my experience as well.

That pretty much sums it up in my book (as I already discussed in another post to this thread).

Isn't it wonderful that Oracle Corp managed to save over $1B? I know how they did it....they cut their support department to abysmal levels.
