ASM is quite easily configured from the command-line. I believe Oracle will push the feature heavily, but I don't see how that translates into a war on command-line DBAs. My upcomming article on ASM will feature the command-line. Anyone who understands the commands will easily be able to deal with the Enterprise Manager interface.
