Yes of course (BTW: the SIGSEGV usually occurs when you run out of virtual memory).
There is a sample listener.ora in $ORACLE_HOME/network/sample. Cp it to .. , vi it and adjust it appropiately. If all is well the only thing you need to do is to change the host= specifier.

Now just run lsnrctl start on the server
