What really drives me nuts about GUI's is there is no reason they should be mutually exclusive with command lines and scripts - even OEM has "SHOW SQL" tabs. The fact that they appear to be is bad GUI design. I seem to recall some of the products do simply run scripts, which can be observed and changed. But I guess ever since .inp files went away... :-)
