Good point, actually. The Celeron has always been a cut-down version of Intel's latest premium chip. Originally, they were cut-down Pentium IIs. Then they were cut-down 'coppermine' Pentium IIIs. And since about the 1.7GHz mark, they have been cut-down Pentium IVs, meaning that yes, probably, internally they think of themselves as Pentium IVs, and probably report that fact to the outside world. So with the later Celerons, I would indeed expect to encounter the same problem.
I hadn't actually thought about that before, so thanks for the heads-up.
