I ran into this just yesterday, but on a machine with a Celeron processor (!.7 GHz) installed. So, some of the Celerons must have the same 'feature' as the Pentium 4s that causes this problem. Trouble is, the Celerons aren't so nicely numbered so that we know to expect it.

Thank goodness for this newsgroup..when the installer wouldn't go, I knew exactly what the trouble was, and did the appropriate raindance.
