you need to stop your database, once in that state you can copy it on
an other machine, according it as the same OS, enough disk space, etc.
Then you need to reconfigure a little listener.ora and tnsnames.ora on
the copy. That should be enough to have it up and running. (I already
did that between two Solaris machines)
