Hi,



I am having problems using the gui installer for oracle 8.1.7 on AIX 5.1L.



For no apparent reason the installer just bombs out with no real
explanation.



Has anyone had this problem and been able to resolve it ? It happens with
both the 32-bit and 64bit versions of the software downloaded from the
oracle website.
