Import of 8.0.5 dump to 8.1.6 database

As far as I can tell, I have created the 8.1.6 database with the same
character set as the 8.0.5 database.  Whenever I attempt the import, I
receive the following error:



IMP-00016: required character set conversion (type 31 to 871) not
supported


IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully



Both databases are using the following:


character set:          WE8ISO8859P1


NCHAR character set:    WE8ISO8859P1



Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks
