Yea, I agree.

Some of the guys have only been working for a few months, and some for years.
Just because you have some experience, don't bash the new kids, you only make yourself a target.

Relax mate, you are way too serious.
If you get aggravated reading "silly questions" then get off the list and don't reply to the questions!!!
