If life could be that simple! The software we're talking about is meant for the administration of local taxes, and there are not that many sw vendors that have comparable software. Besides, I know the developers are quite willing to make the necessary changes, but I cannot expect this to be fixed in just a couple of weeks. They have their own delivery program to deal with.

In my experience many of our vendors have Oracle knowledge that leaves much to be desired! sometimes this is frustrating, esp. if you can't do anything about it, sometimes it's a challenge!
