In the Oracle 8i Certified Professional book it states the opposite on page 635. Now this book has been proven to be wrong before. I went into the exam thinking that the NLS values couldn't be changed. I could be wrong and if you have any sources that prove you can please let me know. Received on Mon Aug 05 2002 - 14:21:43 CDT
