Example.

You have PO installed on a WinME machine. If I have physical access to your machine, I have _complete_ control over your PO database - irrespective of whatever Oracle user and passwords you may use for your application.

I boot your WinME machine. I open a DOS window. I run Oracle Server Manager. I connect as internal. I am God.

PO is as secure as most any other larger Oracle version (it implements the same Oracle user/password mechanisms). But db security is only _ONE_ aspect of security. Do not forget the others.
