Is Personal Oracle secure ?

Hi All,



I have application with Personal Oracle in my PC and I am connected in
a network. There are an Oracle EE server and many PC with Oracle clients
in the Windows 2000 Network.



If Nobody knows the password of my Personal Oracle, does it guarantee
that Nobody can access my Personal Oracle ?
Even if I am connected in a network where Oracle EE and Client exists ?
