Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Re: Oracle 9iAS Portal
I'm also completing and install of O9iAS. I have completed the
install and see no errors in any of the logs.(well none that Oracle
suggests to look out for) I can get to the gatway.htm page and all
test come back okay. I even made a package for address and what not
and it works great.
What I can't get to work is the online help files for the portal I setup. You know the inital test to see if portals is setup correctly. I used the manual install config guide and other docs but sometimes it gives me an oracle page and sometimes it gives me a blank page.
Perhaps its a path in the wdbsrv.app. I keep thinking of the home path listed: "portal30.home" I have a feeling I need more info on that.
I have a feeling it has to do with one of the directives in wdbserv.app, plsql.conf or perhaps a path that is not clearly defined. Whats your thought on this. Perhaps we could compare notes.
I also think it could be a problem with a path I set...who knows...back to troubleshooting this thing.
