Export data from Oracle 8i NT to Oracle 7.3 HP-UX failed

I'm trying to export data from Oracle (8i 8.1.7.0.0) on NT 4.0 to
Oracle 7.3.3 on HP-UX, i ran catexp7.sql file against Oracle 8i, and i
did the export.


When i tried to do the import in HP-UX it says:



IMP-00021 operating system error - error code(dec.2, hex. 0x2)



I upload the file using ftp (BINARY) to the server.



Please any one can help me!?!?!?!??!?!
