Delete Oracle direktorij(folder) on logical disk where you want install Oracle.

Go to Registry editor (regedit)

Delete Oracle homes in registry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\ORACLE_HOMES\ORACLE0 Run installation again ...

That should be the solution !!!
