Newbie in Oracle.


Want to install Oracle 8i. Downloaded from Oracle.com.
PC: Windows 2000 server.


4 logical disks.


Installing on 2nd with 7Gb free from total 14Gb (on logical disk).
260Mb RAM.


Choosed Typical type of installation.



Error:


Oracle 8i Enterprice Edition cannot be installed into an existing 7.x
or 8.x ORACLE_HOME



Will be thankful for any advices and URL of normal installation
manual...
