Actually, you answered my question quite well. I have decided to put it on the Windows NT Workstation machine since the one thing I did not say was that this is going to be used solely for development purposes within a 5 computer network. Now I get a Dr. Watson error at the end of the install in Orainst. I think this must be a known problem to most, though not to me, and wonder if the Dr. Watson error means my installation is invalid.
