1 Oracle 8.0.4 has been desupported long ago. The current and terminal release for 8.0 is 8.0.6
2 Oracle 8.*1*.6 is the first version certified on Win2K 3 If you are running Oracle on a server it should definitely *NOT* act as a PDC, print server and web server, as the Oracle performance will seriously suffer from that. This would be simply a crazy move. Oracle needs to run on a standalone server, it should NOT as a PDC or BDC or whatever (DHCP server, FTP server, *FILE* server or anything) 4 Oracle *does* run on NT workstation, though I believe -courtesy of Microsoft- the number of connections to that workstation will be limited to 5.

Seems you are a little bit stuck!
