Backing up 8i on NT

Hello again



Can anybody recommend a backup strategy for 8i on NT.  There are only
90 users with 2Gb of data, and it is not 24*7.  Is the best way to shut
down the database and use an NT backup?



What about archive logs?  Should they be deleted every night after the
backup ?



Any thoughts would be appreciated.
