In theory, unlimited. BUT, it is release dependent and platform dependent, with blocksize variants. I seem to remember it is 2M blocks, with most OS's the max is 16K block size, so in theory 32GB per file.

NT 8.0.5 (and maybe higher, I am not sure) has a bug that limits it to 8GB per reliable file.

Some OS's have variable settings (such as AIX), so need to check with your SA.
