Enterprise Edition vs Standard

I am hoping somebody might be able to tell the main differences between the standard version of Oracle and the Enterprise Edition. We are renewing our license agreement and there is a substantial difference in cost between the two and if it is no real benefit to go with the EE than we won't. The problem I am having is I'm not sure if we are using the differences or not, so if somebody could point these out then I can tell if we are.

Thanks.
