Do these two patches affect my Oracle8i installation in Solaris7 Intel X86 platform?

I tried to install Oracle8i in my Solaris7 Intel X86 platform (try version),
but was unseccessfull. The system is with 64 M memory and enough swap space.
i am afraid because I haven't installed Solaris's two patches: 106238-04,
107440-01


as Oracle installation guide required, the Sun seems doesn't offer these two
patches for its public download site.


Any suggestions are appreciated.
