ORA-12638

Hi, there,

I have set up Oracle running on windows NT server 4.0, then I set up a client on another NT server 4.0. Both machines work properly and I can connect from the client to the server no problem. However, I recently setup Oracle Client on my lap top running windows 95, when I tried to run SQL plus from windows95 and connect to the server, it kept saying ERROR:
ORA-12638: Credential retrieval failed

I would be very appreciated if some body could help.
