The problem solved.  Life is beautiful again.
"Our security guy" just forgot to open firewall properly.
BTW,  Joe, the listener.log is not about the port on the server.
It is about port on the client, and because your network assigns the client IP
address dynamically, it is changing each connection.  Anyway thanks to everybody,
