OWS Listener error starting

Hello,



While starting the listener with 'lsnrctl start' I the following error
messages:



TNS-12547 TNS:lost contact


  TNS-12560 TNS: protocol adapter error
    TNS-000517 Lost contact




I checked the tnsnames.ora and listener.ora files, but they seem to be
OK.



Can someone tell me what to do to solve this problem??
