I'd of thought it would depend what type of import you did, which is dictated by what type of export you did. If you did a FULL or USER export and USER import, then it will import procedures, triggers, sequences, views etc. as well as the tables. If you just import tables (from a FULL, USER or TABLE export) then you should not changes the other objects (other than tables and indexes). I would certainly check for invalid objects in the latter case, and recompile any you find.
