Hello,


  Our DB is 8.0.5(OPS on IBM SP2 2 nodes),70GB data.
  Now, we use Recovery Manager to backup our db,but it takes too long.
  Are there any backup policy to speed the backup process, and easy to
  restore any tables from backup ?? and how ??
