Debug problem

Hi all!

  I use Oracle 7.3.3 on Windows NT. I wanna use debugger with PL/SQL Developer by Allround Automations. When I start debugging system says debugging needs 7.3.3 or later.
  On another instance (7.3.3) on Digital Unix debugger works but the system freezes at end of running of a debug session.   Any help are welcome,
