There are OEM manuals. It is hard to find where they are. Oracle wants you to buy the ones with the performance pack included. I forget how I found them, through some search. I use OEM all the time. It is way cool to check on things. It easily takes things on and off line and shows you how full your files are etc. However I am on DEC/Alpha and the RMAN features don't work. That is the one thing that I would really take advantage of if I could.

Application Developer's Guide (A63733-01)
