Help regarding Listener process

I have two databases in Oracle 7.3 on WindowsNT. Two listener process were created for the two databases. Now when i connect to the second database it is showing the following error message:

ERROR: ORA-12505: TNS:listener could not resolve SID given in connect descriptor

In the listener utility the current listener is showing as the first databases listener name.
Can users connect to both the batabases from the client workstations.
