Start multiple Oracle 8 instances at boot time in Windows NT

I'm working with the Oracle 8 8.0.5.0 release for Windows NT and i've just created a second instance. How do i tell Oracle to boot BOTH instances at boot time?

I've tryed with the new ORADIM tool and the -STARTMODE AUTO, but it's not working.
