Forms is part of Developer2000, not Designer2000 which is the 'case' tool of oracle. as far as I know Designer2000 is a former 3rd party tool and deployed
on Windows NT only. very sad for me, cause both of them developer and designer
are the reasons I am still messed up with the micro$oft OS.
