Help! Getting started Error!

I have just completed my third installation (on the same machine) of
Oracle8.0 Enterprise on an NT machine.  I have the oracle services running:


    OracleStartORCL


    OracleServiceORCL


But when I try to open EnterpriseManager or InstanceManger I get the
following error message:


    ORA-12203:TNS unable to connect to destination



Can anyone help me?
