Problem starting Net 8 Easy Config

I ordered a trial version of Oracle 8 Server for NT.  I loaded it OK, but when
I try to run Net8 Easy Config, I get the following error message:
java.exe (Access violation.)  Why can't I start this program?   Thanks.
